IZI – Youth Green Incubator is a community shaped by young people, where sustainability is not theory but lived experience. We think in projects, work in teams, and seek solutions to real environmental and social issues – locally and internationally.
What Do We Do?
Entrepreneurship, Learning, Community
ENTREPRENEURSHIP INCUBATION
We help launch ideas with mentoring and practical tools. Along the way, communication, planning, collaboration, and problem-solving skills develop.
NON-FORMAL LEARNING
We learn through experience: doing, reflecting, retrying. The real goal of learning is not to acquire a certain skill, but to adapt the principles to other areas of life.
COMMUNITY BUILDING
We believe that experiencing existence in a community is among the basic needs of the individual. In our urbanized society, connecting with others and nature must be actively sought.
MANDALA EDUCATION GARDEN
The Mandala Education Garden is our base – the place where everything comes together. Not a "show garden," but a living, working learning space. Under the guidance of permaculture designers and hands-on mentors, we learn from nature – not in a textbook way, but hands-on, often literally on all fours. Meanwhile, we ask questions, debate, experiment, build, observe – and yes, we have a good time doing it.
Here, circular thinking isn't just a word on a slide – it's daily routine: soil life, composting, water retention, plant guilds, habitat creation, solutions built from recycled materials. In the garden, we learn to think in systems while taking small, concrete steps – because the two work together. This is where we discover what looks good on paper but needs fine-tuning in reality, and what works surprisingly simply.
The gates of Mandala are open to everyone who wants to get a little closer to nature, their fellow human beings, and themselves.
