2.1 Contact Form Processed data: name, e-mail address, phone number Purpose of data processing: contact, coordination of cooperation, providing information about programs Legal basis: consent of the data subject (GDPR Article 6 (1) a). 2.2 Events and Programs During events, the following data processing may occur: - name and contact information of participants for organizational purposes - taking photos and video recordings Purpose of data processing: documentation of events, community communication, grant reports, display on website and social media platforms Legal basis: voluntary consent.

3. Processing Data of Minors

In the case of participants under the age of 18, personal data and image recordings are processed exclusively with the prior written consent of the legal representative.

4. Duration of Data Storage

Personal data is retained by the Association for a maximum of 5 years, unless a longer retention period is required by law. In the case of data processing based on consent, the data subject may withdraw their consent at any time.

5. Data Transfer

The Association does not transfer personal data to third parties and does not use a data processor.
