We focus on entrepreneurship incubation, non-formal learning, and community building.
Our approach integrates entrepreneurship, learning, and community building to create sustainable and impactful initiatives. We empower individuals to transform their ideas into reality while fostering a strong network of changemakers.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP INCUBATION
We help launch ideas with mentoring and practical tools. Along the way, communication, planning, collaboration, and problem-solving skills develop. We use permaculture as a guiding principle so that sustainability can become a lived experience not only on an individual but also on a corporate level.
NON-FORMAL LEARNING
We learn through experience: doing, reflecting, retrying. The real goal of learning is not to acquire a certain skill - although it can be extremely useful in itself - but ultimately we must strive to adapt the principles of what we have learned to other areas of life. This allows us to look at the problems towering before us by thinking in structures, and by recognizing patterns we can get closer to the solution. With this approach, the transfer of knowledge is also more efficient, since the principles can be projected onto any system with minor modifications.
COMMUNITY BUILDING
We believe that experiencing existence in a community is among the basic needs of the individual. In our urbanized society, connecting with others and nature is no longer a given accompaniment to life, so it must be actively sought. For us, community is also about creating opportunities: an entry point for those who have a narrower social network or more modest support. Participants take responsibility and can develop in a safe framework, so that in time they themselves can support others. The goal is for everyone to find their ideal connection point with nature and the community. In the spirit of permaculture, we organize workshops, corporate events, family and open days, where you can ask, brainstorm and try things out. If as many people as possible take home a working idea, a new habit or mindset, it not only brings about individual change — but also strengthens the local and global community.
