IZI Living Lab - Entrepreneurial Skills Development
Goal: Skills Development

Goal: Skills Development
The IZI Living Lab is a continuously operating, practical learning space where young people don't learn entrepreneurship in theory, but experience it through real situations and real projects. Participants arrive with their own ideas or jointly shape initiatives that they carry through the entire process from the first thought to realization.
The work is project-based, supported by mentors who do not provide ready answers but guide young people with questions, feedback, and direction to make their own decisions and learn from the consequences. In the Living Lab, experimenting, making mistakes, and redesigning are a natural part of the operation – this is not failure, but one of the most important elements of the learning process.
In practice, participants encounter situations such as teamwork, conflict management, taking responsibility, allocating resources, or even communicating and presenting a project. While working towards a specific goal, the skills that truly matter in today's world are continuously developed: initiative, problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration.
The Living Lab is not a closed program but an evolving medium where projects often connect to real community or environmental challenges. Thus, young people not only learn but also create value along the way – for themselves, their community, and their environment.
