Entrepreneurial skills development – Living Lab

Our organization operates as a kind of living laboratory, where young people and mentors develop their entrepreneurial and collaboration skills on a project basis. We work on real challenges: website creation, marketing strategy creation, business planning, project management and financial thinking are included in the joint work. Learning is not frontal, but a joint creation process. Participants learn from each other and from experienced professionals while shaping their own initiatives. The goal is to strengthen independence, responsibility and practical knowledge. The Living Lab provides an opportunity for ideas to become prototypes and then working initiatives.
